Adopting a drive in shelving system to store bulk materials, electric forklifts can directly enter and access the shelves, saving channel space. V. Packaging and shipping area
The packaging and shipping area is the endpoint of the warehouse logistics chain. We strictly follow export standards, tailor equipment packaging, and pass relevant testing equipment to ensure packaging integrity, accuracy, and compliance. We efficiently package and ship finished products.
Our team consists of four core areas: electrical engineering, mechanical design, software development, and quality management. Members have an average of over 8 years of industry experience, with 30% being senior engineers and 25% having a master's degree or above. When the product is shipped, our company will arrange professional technicians to go to the site as requested by the customer to debug the equipment, and provide theoretical and operational training to the customer's company employees, so that even a novice can proficiently master the equipment operation skills.
II. After-sale Service
During the warranty period, our company provides the following services: fault handling, technical support; Software upgrades, spare parts supply, and regular maintenance. Provide remote technical support throughout the day and respond within 1 hour. Spare parts are provided free of charge during the warranty period, and paid for outside the warranty period at a price not higher than the corresponding equipment price in the original equipment contract.
